This advertising for a model of Oldsmobile in 1955 clearly shows the nascent Pop Art graphic setting: hard-edge, continues draft of color, absence of nuances and shadows, unusual picture cutting. Oldsmobile in those years aimed on innovation and its advertising wanted to stress this aspect, but in the following years not always the automotive industry will adopt this new style.
