Architecture, ROSSI ALDO

Aldo Rossi (1931-1997). Italian architect.
Architecture "designed" and architecture "built". Sometimes there can be a great difference. After its construction a building loses most of its imaginative and innovative features (most problems are those caused by the passing of time). It happens in many cases, even to great architects. What's the reason? Often the preparatory studies are deliberately vague and can not be different, another thing are the executive projects, but in most cases the decision to the implementation depends on public officials who only look after the budget and the general impression aroused from the sketches. Architects are well aware of and exploit it to pursue their own interests.
